If you’re ready to get started with your fitness journey or are just looking for a new workout environment, we have a program for you! Our caring and qualified coaches are ready to help! You can work one-on-one with a coach or in a group setting. You do NOT need to be in shape to begin. We start with a Free, No Obligation, No-Sweat Intro. Why? We are committed to helping you reach your goals and throwing you into a CrossFit class is not the best way to start.

Starting CrossFit the right way is critical to your future success! During your No-Sweat Intro, you will learn all about our methodology and our unique application of CrossFit. We will learn about your goals and what you need to be successful. You will find that our philosophy is far different than other gyms in San Antonio. Dagda is founded on the highest levels of service, commitment, and results. We never pressure anyone to join, we don’t do contracts, and we truly want it to be a good fit for everyone.
